Aena's Shipping Policy: We generally ship 24-72 hours after a transaction has been completed. If an item is out of stock or if there is a delay we will notify you by email. Custom make-up orders may take up to one week to ship. You will receive notification when your item has been shipped. You may return any item up to 30 days after purchase and we will offer a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges). Please notify us immediatly by phone or email if you are not satisfied and need to make a return. If you do not receive a reply by email, please resend. Please make sure you insure any items you plan to return because we will not be held responsible for any lost items. Thanks for understanding our policy. We appreciate and value you as a customer!
